The bunches are de-stemmed and pass by a sorting table for an optimum selection of the berries. The grapes are then crushed before going to the marble lagares, where they are foot trodden during 4 to 5 days, passing to stainless steel tanks to finish the alcoholic fermentation. After the wine is pressed, it ages for 12 monthe in oak barrrel.
