Tasting notes

Intense garnet color. Great concentration of black fruit, eucalyptus leaves and some notes of spices from aging in the barrels.  Full bodied, with velvety tannins.

Winemaking

The bunches are de-stemmed and pass by a sorting table for an optimum selection of the berries. The grapes are then crushed before going to the marble lagares, where they are foot trodden during 4 to 5 days, passing to stainless steel tanks to finish the alcoholic fermentation. After the wine is pressed, it ages for 12 monthe in oak barrrel.
